What we collect when you use this site, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Tempe Fence Company is a property of Trade Star Local, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This site serves Tempe and the Phoenix East Valley.
Work at your property is carried out by licensed contractors in our network, matched to your job by the work involved, where you are, and what they do. They are independent businesses. That matters here, because the information you give us is passed to the contractor matched to your job.
Through the form. Your name, phone number, email address, property address or service area, and whatever you tell us about the project. Only the fields marked required are required.
When you call. Our phone number is a tracking number. When you call it, we receive the number you called from, the date, time and length of the call, and which page you were on when you found it. Calls may also be recorded, which the call recording section below covers.
What we do not collect. We never ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, bank account, or credit card. Nothing on this site takes a payment. If a page ever asks you for any of that, it is not us.
When you submit the form or call our tracking number, we share your information with one or more independent local contractors. That sharing is how you get a quote, and once your information reaches them they may contact you by phone, text, or email.
Each contractor handles your information under their own privacy practices, not ours. We do not control what they keep, how long they keep it, or how they contact you. Ask them directly if you want to know.
The only other companies that touch it are the service providers who run this site for us: a form and CRM provider, a call-tracking provider, and a hosting provider. They handle your information only to perform that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We do not sell your information to data brokers, list resellers, or advertisers.
By submitting the form or calling our tracking number, you agree that we, the contractor matched to your request, and anyone acting on our behalf, may contact you at the phone number and email you provide. That includes:
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by request.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to automated calls or texts in order to hire anyone or to receive a quote. If you would rather not be contacted that way, say so in the form's message field or tell the person who calls you.
How to stop.
One thing to understand: an opt-out reaches whoever you send it to. If you tell us to stop, we stop. If a contractor is also calling you, tell that contractor as well. We cannot opt you out of their system for you.
Calls to and from our tracking number may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and recordkeeping. If you are on a call and do not want it recorded, say so and ask the person on the line to stop, or hang up and reach us through the form instead.
Recordings and call metadata are stored by our call-tracking provider and may be reviewed by us and by the contractor handling your request.
This site sets no cookies of its own, and it runs no analytics. That was verified by loading the pages and recording every request and cookie.
A few third parties do receive your IP address and basic browser details, because their content is embedded in the pages: Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on every page; Google Maps, on the pages that display a map; and the provider that hosts the estimate form, which receives what you type into it and may set its own cookies inside the form. Each is handled under that provider's own privacy practices, not ours. Any browser can block third-party content, which will not break the pages, though it may stop the map or the form from displaying.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Some browsers send these signals. Because this site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers, there is nothing here for such a signal to switch off. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
We may update this policy as the service, the providers, or the law changes. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Using the site after an update means you accept the current version.
